Andy thought he can get the data from United States Census Bureau https://www.census.gov/ . He downloaded the US cities population’s data between 2010 and 2016 from United States Census Bureau. The original data copy also can download from Google Drive ‘OriginalDataFromCensus.zip’ file https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bxs2VPIf68FuT2VxWk5xNFA4SGs

4.3 Clean Up Data

Andy removed some data and corrected the data format.

The Container Container_Left is in below screenshot. Andy dragged the container Container_Left to the Left Side, and then made it smaller and taller.

Made it 4 rows, one is for ‘Search’ object, one is for ‘Current Selections’ object, and the another two is for ‘State’ and ‘City’ list box objects (Filters).

Choose the ‘US_City_Population_2010_2016’ from the dropdown list in ‘Table’, and then choose ‘Population Estimate [as of July 1]-2016’ from the dropdown list in ‘Field’, and then click ‘Paste’ button.
